How to Place a Special Order
1. Enter your contact information into the Special Order Form below
2. Open the Special Orders Catalog by clicking on the link below
- Viewing the catalog in a desktop browser is highly recommended for the best experience
- Google Sheets app required to view catalog on mobile
3. Search for the product(s) you would like to order
- Please refer to our “How to Search, Filter, and Sort the Catalog” guide for detailed instructions
- Due to the number of products, searching may take a few seconds
4. Copy the Item Code, Brand, Item Description, & Case Size/Unit Size and paste into the Special Order Form
5. Review the Terms of Sale and submit your order
After submitting, you will be contacted by our Volume Purchasing Team within 1-3 days to finalize your order.
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup in-store or if there is any issue fulfilling your order.

How to Place a Special Order
Isla Vista Food Co-op has launched Provisions Co-op Wholesale, an online wholesale ordering program created by and for food co-ops. Provisions connects you directly to our suppliers, starting with UNFI, our primary distributor. Co-op owners, community members, and local businesses & organizations have access to the full UNFI catalog via Provisions – with over thirty thousand natural and organic products spanning grocery, food service, and more.

IV Food Co-op Goes Solar!
In 2017, the co-op entered into an agreement with the climate justice non-profit Re-Volv to supply solar power to our building. Our system generates approximately 25,000-30,000 kWh of power each year which helps to offset the energy demands of our equipment.
